The only way to get electrocuted would be by touching the metal of the pole. thats the only part thats grounded. the rubber wire wont do anything. you would have to touch the metal or the pole.nothing would happen if you touched the rubber. if you touched the rubber, you wouldnt be electrocuted. if you touched the pole, then you would be electrocuted. the only other way could be is if you had metal on you.if you were running and you had metal on some electricity could jump up and zap you. that might happen, but it might not. you might have to touch the grounded pole. that is the only way to get electocuted.
