Option C - the court case of Easton V Strassburger expanded disclosure of all known material facts regarding the physical condition of the property. It brought about the Transfer Disclosure Law. It requires that every residential seller complete a Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS) for the buyer.

The document is one of the disclosures that buyers receive. A TDS describes the condition of a property, it must be given to a buyers as soon as possible before the transfer of title.
