The correct answer is letter B. Dash or (-) is used to identify a new picture sheet or parts list. Parts list or list of material is needed to provide the individual parts needed, quantity of the parts required, description of the materials and the specification of materials. Please note that in parts list, the use of dash is only required when one of the following things are present: 1) If there is a shown and opposite number.

Shown refers to odd numbers while opposite refers to even numbers, 2) When there is more than one version of the assembly or 3) When the drawing is a tabulated type of drawing. This type of drawing shows similar items that have difference in dimensions and materials.
