The answer is letter B. The two main styles of ballroom dancing are American and International. The American ballroom dancing is basically a ballroom which is primarily danced in the United States of America while International ballroom dancing is a dance which is known worldwide and which uses a standardized technique. American style can be divided into two categories – the smooth and the rhythm style. These two categories are used for social dancing although it can also be used in competitions.

The smooth style includes Foxtrot, Tango, Viennese Waltz and Waltz while the rhythm style includes Cha Cha, Bolero, East Coast Swing, Mambo, Samba, Rumba and West Coast Swing. International style can also be divided into two categories – standard which includes Foxtrot, Quickstep, Tango, Viennese Waltz and Waltz and Latin which includes Cha Cha, Jive, Paso Doble, Rumba and Samba.
