The Tyrannosaurus Rex was built to hunt and kill so it’s not surprise that the king of carnivores had the most powerful bite force of any other dinosaur. The T-Rex would chase after its prey biting giant hunks of flesh from it until the animal died from this action. Due to fossilized fecal matter from the T-Rex scientists are able to determine that the T-Rex actually crushed the bones of its prey in its powerful jaws while it ate.
The Tyrannosaurus Rex is notorious to have had really bad breath from walking around with bits of rotting flesh from its prey stuck in its mouth and teeth. This is just another thing that will make you glad that you’re not going to have to worry about encountering a T-Rex today.
