The Abrosaurus was an herbivore. It ate only plants to survive. Its long neck allowed it to reach the tops of very tall trees (similar to a giraffe) which gave it more options for foraging for food.

Abrosaurus means “Dainty Lizard”. It gets its name from its delicate skull. It is believed to have had a very thin and delicate skull. Scientists believe that in terms of evolution, it did not need a big, thick skull to protect its brain, as it was a gentle giant and did not combat with other dinosaurs for mating, food, or any other reason.

They are believed to have been around 9 meters long and about 3 meters tall. The fossils that currently exist were discovered in China. However, very little is known about the Abrosaurus. It was only discovered in 1984 and very few specimens have been discovered.
