The answer to this question is letter A. The exercise routines that you can do will always have a maximum of 10 reps no matter what the level of the exercise is. It does not matter whether you are a beginner, an intermediate, or an expert.

The maximum will still be 10. If you are not familiar with this type of exercise yet, this is a method that will require the use of weights in order to help strengthen the various muscles that can be found all over the body. The different reps for each exercise can be followed but you should never forget to take rests in between the sets.
