China, Japan and South Korea are all in Asia. China is ranked 3rd in terms of area with 9,596,961 square kilometers in area and it is 1st in terms of population with a total population of more than 1,385,000,000 people. Japan is 62nd in area and 10th in population with 377,930 square kilometers and 126 million people respectively. South Korea is ranked 107th in area and 27th in population with 100,210 square kilometers and more than 51 million people respectively.
