The answer is d.Antarctica because it just an mass of ice and no one lives their permenantly so it has no countries

(B) Antarctica is the only continent among all seven which doesn't have any countries as it is not habitable due to its harsh weather conditions. Antarctica has been declared an international land by the "United Nations".

The answer to the question is letter B or Antarctica if we are talking about which CONTINENT has no independent countries.
