Reduction in the overactivity, but persistent inner restlessness-2. problems with lack of friendship-3. a distorted sense of self and a disruption of the normal development of self-4. increased risk of academic failure, dropping out of school or college-reduction in the overactivity, but inattention, impulsiveness, and inner restlessness, distractibility, and disorganization remain major difficulties (milich 79).there is increased parent-teen conflict, lack of friendship, emotional disorders including depression and anxiety and suicidal attempts.there is increased risk of a distorted sense of self and a disruption of the normal development of selfpeer problems result from inability to effectively participate in social exchanges such as sharing, cooperating, and turn taking, increased risk of academic failure, dropping out of school or college, girls have an increased risk of being sexually abused, teenage pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases and risky sexual behaviours in boys/girls,
