Permeable rocks are rocks that have small holes in them. This means that there are different types of matter that can pass through them specifically through liquids and gases. One example of a permeable rock is the one that can be found in the river. It will be easy for the water in the river to pass through the rock so that the water can easily flow. Rocks that are permeable may easily break down.

This explains why stones are all different-sized. Impermeable rocks, on the other hand, are very strong rocks and will be able to withstand the test of time. Based on the things that are mentioned, the answer to this question is letter C. A rock that lets water go through it.

Permeable objects are those that contain small holes because they allow water or liquid to pass through. Gas can also go through permeable rocks. When these rocks are located in rivers, they will most likely stay fixed in their position because the water can flow through them. Most rocks do not contain pores for water or gas to go through.

Sandstones and coal are common examples of permeable rocks. Sometimes rocks that are permeable are weak and can be broken more easily due to the holes in them. The opposite of these rocks are the impermeable rocks which are more common to find. Granite is an example of this. They do not have holes to allow water to go through.
