What should the sales associate do (when a customer gives a buying signal)?

The customer service representative should close the sale. There is a possibility that the customer will still change his mind because of various reasons. It may be because of the price. It may be because of the quality of the product and so much more. The faster that the customer service representative will move, the better that it would be for everyone involved.

There are times when the customer service representative may ask if the customer would need other things probably because the customer seems to still be looking around. This can be a bit problematic though especially if the customer would decide not to get all of the items that he/she is holding anymore.

Close the sale before the customer changes his mind.
