The human brain is so complex and unique that it can understand, learn and recognize a lot of things, and it gives us our own perception of reality. It is the central organ of our nervous system consisting of the cerebrum, the brainstem and the cerebellum. As we grow older, the brain becomes capable of thinking in more ways and we start making decisions based on our values.

This is because we have limited social cognitive development when we are young, and as we reach adolescence, our brain learns to do more things such as think about our own preferences, reflect our own intentions to carry out certain things, judge the sincerity of other people and recognize the sarcasm based on another person’s communication, to name a few.
