F--3 for whole spine
-1 for grip to narrow
-1 for hip shift
-1 bar to far from body (past knees very far away exacerbating flexed spine)
-1 for finger tip grip
-could -1 for looking down on last rep although his position were still good.
for the record: this is actually very improved for this guy. he was a train wreck. his lumbar was ok and likely safe but his upper back was all over the place. also, he had a broken leg before and his hip shifted much worse then this normally.
note: the final message here is that since he can not do an a+ even if he wanted to, but we still have him deadlift (this is only an exercise in developing the eye for quality). its a matter of keeping it safe as possible with the right selection of weight, reps, etc.
