The correct answer to this question is B, 122. The answer can be found by comparing the increments between the two charts. The first row of the first chart goes up by adding three. (41 + 3 = 44). The second row of this same chart goes up by adding thirty (36 + 30 = 66).

Comparing that to the second chart, with the given values, the first row goes up by adding six (72 + 6 = 78). That leaves the second row, where sixty is the next logical addition. 62 + 60 equals 122, which is the answer.
