What should you do if a student says his or her document wont print?

Ask if the patron received the screen that asks for a username and password. if not, the best thing to do is look at the computer he or she is printing from. if it is a pdf, check that the document is not large (will hold up printers and be deleted). pdfs should be downloaded to the computer before printing-speeds up process. check that the printer sholution is available on the computer. if not, either download and install it at that time or ask the patron to e-mail the document to his or her personal e-mail or save the document to a flash-dirve in order to print from a different computer.
