The following steps are taken when on-boarding a new employee:

  • Hiring manager will make a verbal offer to a candidate. Prior to making offer, approval from greg is needed for a new position and in regards to pay and any variations from standard introductory benefits offered. This includes an offer of additional pto above the standard earning schedule, contract hours and variations in review dates.
  • Contact Geri Kalb or raquel herber immediately following a verbal offer/acceptance. geri or raquel will prepare the offer letter, agreements and welcome packet to mail to the new hire. Employer, start date, title, salary/wage, contract hours, performance evaluation date (3 months, 6 months or 1 year), supervisor and pto hours are needed to complete offer letter.
