Can someone's facial appearance affect how you perceive them?

Appearance is initially visual before an assessment can be made of the man sagacious qualities from his speech or general conduct. I can visually see that a man is destitute before I can assess that he is sagacious. For moral judgements I will more likely trust a destitute man before I trust a shrewd man. I destiture man may be more likely to have made moral judgements which caused him to be destitute, and a sagacious man is more likely to have made immoral acts to attain his sagacious qualities.
