Option C- correct answer

Lower the patient to the floor, call for the family to call 911, determine it CPR is needed, and initiate it if needed if a patient becomes unresponsive while giving a bath on a shower chair.

Call for family assistance and continue the bath will not be of help to the unresponsive patient.

You cannot leave the patient before 911 arrives, it is your duty to do all you can for the patient before 911 arrives. You can call the supervisor later when the patient has been receiving by the emergency health care providers.
