The sampling technique for this situation is population-based. Basically, this is a type of sampling that would require the participation of the entire population in order to get useful results. This is the type of sampling technique used for different purposes. For example, this can be done to determine if there are certain types of characteristics that are more prominent than others.

This can also be used to determine the possibility of people getting certain health conditions. There are other sampling methods that can be used but for the above-mentioned situation, this may be the most ideal one to use to get accurate information from the people who will be asked.
