The slip ring is known to be a device that will have the ability to turn stationary energy to kinetic energy. This will allow any rotating structure to work well. Based on the different choices regarding what slip ring technology can do, the answer has to be letter D. It will allow the tube and detectors to rotate for a long time.

Take note that this machine is normally used for the electromechanical industry. This will have the ability to transmit power for a continuous amount of time. This may be something that you need depending on the device that you want to power up.
