How could it have been found by before welding?
Lamellar tearing has occurred in a steel fabrication.

The tear appears after welding from stresses as it was not there before welding

Do not agree. (BEFORE welding)....
please do explain to me how this would of been found with UT.

D. It would not have been found by any inspection method

because lamellar did not exit before welding.
