Correct answer is option A
In order to be use the Litigation Hold feature for each mailbox, the company should purchase a subscription to Office 365 for midsize business and enterprise.

Large businesses that have much potential litigation on the horizon are advised to purchase Office 365 for midsize business and enterprise, this will allow the organization to have access to the Litigation hold features, which is the process of altering employees to refrain from deleting electronically stored information or physical paper copy that pertains to an on-going or potential litigation. The company will be able to place each mail box on Litigation Hold.
