Some people may think that sneezing is very harmless but trying to stop a sneeze can be very hard to do and can be dangerous to the body. Sneezing too hard can sometimes cause the spine to become injured. There are also some who die because of a sneeze.

Those who try to suppress their sneeze will contain the pressure inside their mouths which may cause their eardrums to burst. There are different repercussions that may occur when a sneeze becomes too much. Do remember that a sneeze is the body’s way of getting rid of foreign objects that are causing harm to the body.

Sneezing too hard and suppressing your sneeze, both can cause serious health problems. Sneezing too hard can cause back injuries and even death, Suppressing a sneeze on the other hand can cause eardrums to burst. A sneeze creates up to 176 mmgh pressure and if the mouth and nasal exits are blocked during a sneeze then it could lead to bursting of the eardrums.
