The correct answer is option D The total activity-based cost of Reed’s visit is $1,585 For his admission, he paid $75 For blood draw, which is a laboratory service, it cost him $110 For four separate images read (X-ray imaging), Reeds will pay for four services = $350 4 = 1400 The total activity based cost = 75 + 110+ 1440 = 1585 Total activity-based cost = $1,585 I hope this helps.
