To import source articles to Salesforce Knowledge, each of the files that you want to import must have the same type and fields that your article structure uses. To accomplish this you need to create data categories and then set up their values. In addition, for FAQ article types, you need to create the article layout and custom fields required for the article.

After creating the layout and categories, you need to create a zip file that contains the HTML, image files, and CSV in order to import the files to Salesforce Knowledge.
