An iatrogenic cause refers to the infection that is developed from a treatment procedure. There are some iatrogenic effects that are easily noticeable. These include the complications that occur after a surgical procedure is performed. However, some less obvious iatrogenic causes also exist.

These include complex drug reactions in the human body. Such causes might need detailed inspection. There are many different cases of iatrogenesis. These cases include the side effects that result from the usage of a prescribed drug, errors performed during surgeries, medical negligence resulting in complications, the use of instruments that are complicated, and a few more.
