There are two answers to this question, and these answers are B and C. First, the segments should be rearranged at the proper location, and second, the numbers will make it easier to specify the order from which the segments can be moved from the source going to the proper destination.

The sequence number can also be useful to know and identify a byte of data so that the details can be reconstructed in the proper order. If the sequence number is not used properly, the data or the details may be placed in a disorderly manner that will be harder for the user to identify. Make sure that data will not get lost while this is being used.
