Take note that each sprint will signify that a team has done the proper procedure to check if a software can be used. When the sprint is over, a sprint review will be done. This is not a very formal meeting. In fact, it does not require an actual slideshow presentation.

The answer to this question is B. it is when the Scrum team and the stakeholders inspect the outcome of the Sprint and figure out what to do in an upcoming sprint. It is ideal that the team has already completed all of the backlog items before they start the review to be sure that everything is accounted for. Once the sprint is evaluated, they will determine if they have achieved the main goal of the sprint.

Reviews are necessary to maintain the quality of the product, they allow users to find problems in the situation and also dig out exceptional quality products. A sprint review is when the scrum team and the stakeholders inspect and question the outcome of the sprint. This helps them figure out what to do with the next sprint.

Finding mistakes, evaluating strategies and discussing possible solutions helps the team to come up with a good plan for the upcoming sprint. This will help them solidify valuable facts and key points into action giving them a better result in the upcoming sprint.

It is when the Scrum Team and stakeholders inspect the outcome of the Sprint and figure out what to do in the upcoming Sprint.

In accordance to Scrum Guide, a Sprint Review is always held at the end of the Sprint to inspect and analyze the Increment and adapt the Product Backlog if required. There could have been a single deployment or many deployments during a Sprint which leads up to that Increment to be inspected.

The Scrum Team and stakeholders collaborate on what was done in the Sprint during the Sprint Review. Based on that and any changes to the Product Backlog during the Sprint, attendees collaborate on the next things that could be done to optimize value. Print Review is always an informal meeting, not a status one. And the presentation of the Increment is to elicit feedback and foster collaboration.
