The correct answer to this question is A, Services are perishable. Goods and services are both parts of a business and economics. Goods are physical objects. They can either be seen, felt, or touched. On the other hand, services are activities or benefits to help others. Goods are tangible items, while services are not.

Another difference between them is that goods can be transferred and returned, while services can not. Examples of goods are food, game systems, and toys. Examples of services would be cleaning someone's home or being someone's caretaker. Though they differ in meaning, they are both important to consumers.
