A. Down most of the day nearly every day over a period of 1 week.
B. Anhedonia: I do not enjoy the things I used to enjoy.
C. Disturbance in appetite or sleep, either diminished or increased eating, insomnia or hypersomnia.
D. Feel very lethargic and lack of energy all the time. Difficulty concentrating on day to day tasks.
E. Spend a lot of time feeling guilty, unrealistically guilty about things they have done. Takes a lot of time to make decisions - tossing up what they will do.
