There are two main colored triangles that may appear when you are using your Microsoft Excel. The red and the green triangle. Let us focus on the red triangle for now. This indicates that there is a possible error with the content of the cell. You can take a look at what you have written and see if there is something that you need to correct.

It may also mean that there are user comments that you should check out. This is especially true when you have the excel sheet checked out by someone else. The comments will signify that there are some things that you should change with your cells.
