How did the deaths happen and where did the money go in the following scenario?

There is a recent bank robbery. 5 dead accountants and 12 dead civilians. They are not physically harmed in any way. There are fire remains in the room next to a shattered lamp. And the report is that $12 million was stolen. the criminals were caught hours ago and are already on trial. You get a call from your informant in the courtroom he says the lead criminal confessed that all 4 criminals were caught and all the money was recovered but $1 million dollars was missing. He also said that they didn't kill anyone.

Deaths = Electrocution

Missing money = Fire

fire started by the criminals knocking over the lamp. The knocked over lamp caused the sprinklers to go off. This resulted in an electrical current running through the water due to the cord from the knocked over lamp, and the outlet.
