There was a time when people are denied to be transferred to another job or to try out for another job because of their pre-existing conditions but this can be changed because of insurance reform. This gives people the opportunity to look for jobs that they can do based on their qualifications and their strengths.

There are also some employees who are not given health insurance policies because they are known to have pre-existing conditions but everyone has the right to get health insurance. The insurance can be very helpful to individuals in the future. Here is to hoping that there are still other reforms that will always include the rights of various individuals in the long run.
