How do you decide when to conclude a training program?

It is time to conclude a training program when, first, you have thoroughly gone over all training materials and no longer have any questions. There will be on-the-job questions that may come up later, but you feel confident in the material you have already learned. Second, you feel prepared to make decisions in the role you trained for. You have confidence and feel authorized to act in the ways you have been taught. Third, you’re excited to get to the next step. You don’t want to just be “training” anymore because you have a deep desire to go out and put the plan into action.
