When a word problem in science includes temperature of a substance with the pressure and volume, then there is a formula to use. In this case, the word problem gives you the volume and temperature. It wants you to calculate the pressure. There are several steps to this problem. You may have to use Boyle’s Law unless you can calculate the numbers in your head. Boyle’s Law is V1P1 = V2P2 where V is equal to volume and P is equal to pressure.

Then Charles law is V1T1 = V2T2 where V is volume and T is temperature. The general gas equation which uses both laws is P1V1/T1 = P2V2/T2. You would have to plug in the numbers and then calculate to get the answer of 51 degrees Celsius.

A dedicated agent, you might think, is an agent who does a good job because he takes his job seriously, but that’s not the business definition of this term. A dedicated agent is one that is assigned to be very familiar with a certain customer of your company. He knows your company just as your own employees would. He is familiar with your requirements.

Some accounts are so detailed and complex that it proves to be important that just one “dedicated agent” be assigned and follow through with this particular customer. In the case listed, the consultant should recommend to expedite the handling of these cases to enable chatter case feed and add product development team members to the case team.
