Darius Miles used to be a professional basketball player. He used to have it all. He had the wonderful opportunity to get out of the area where he lived. A lot of people assumed that he would do great things, but he was mediocre in a lot of games. He made a lot of money when he played in Portland, even though that was also the time when he had a knee injury.

He missed playing from 2007 to 2008. He did say that one of the reasons why he became super overwhelmed is the fact that his life became super different. From the drug-infested neighborhood he was in, he was thrust to the bright lights of LA. He lost a lot of money for making bad business deals.

Darius Miles used to be an NBA player. People became shocked when he filed for bankruptcy in 2016 as basketball players, especially someone like him, are expected to earn a lot. There was a time when he earned a total of $62 million and people began to wonder what he actually did to lose that amount of money.

He lived a life of luxury with total disregard for the things that he was spending on. At that time, he went straight from high school to the NBA. He did not know any better and he was not wise enough in order to know what he should do. He had a knee injury that ended his career and that was that.

Darius Miles is a former NBA player. He started his career playing basketball while he was in High school and came to the limelight when he signed a contract with the Los Angeles Clippers. This changed his life as he suddenly became a millionaire.

After he signed the contract with the team, he left East St. Louis. However, he stopped playing basketball after he sustained a knee injury. Before this period, he had played for four teams, and he was able to gather a total of $61.9 million. Although he was a popular basketball player, the recent news about him narrating how he has mismanaged all his money is why people are eager to know more about him.

This news about him broke out after he filed for bankruptcy, leaving many people to wonder how he lost his money. However, Darius Miles attributed this unfortunate incident to different bad investments he did.
