What cannot set highlighted text to bold in Excel?

Pressing CTRL + B will make the highlighted text set to bold, the answer for this question is wrong on the test.
​The correct for the test isB. Pressing the Font Colour button on the toolbar​, this will not set the highlighted text to bold.
