The consultant should recommend that this VP of sales embed a chart on the account page, with no other customizations needed. This would be answer B. It’s a ridiculously easy process, as the other long answer to this question has pointed out.

Sales Force allows the sales people to embed a chart on the account page. Once there, the chart is linked to everything that account is for, so it can automatically track the sales of that account. This is really all that the VP has to do. Once that chart is there, no one has to touch a thing.

Please note that I have never worked with Sales Force before, so this is hobbled together from what I can find online. Things may change.

Sales people would like to see visuals like charts and graphs depicting the amount of sales in a given period of time. This allows them to determine which items are being sold for each company. Each account may represent a company. In a chart or graph, the salesman could analyze each account visually by determining which product sells the best that month and which one sells the least.

Salesforce can help these salespeople create charts to show the products being sold in a month for each account by embedding a chart on the account page. At this point no customizations would be needed to be made because this can be done automatically. The salesperson would not have to do anything after embedding it, so the process is rather easy.
