There is uneven resource distribution. Not all Middle Eastern countries had access to petroleum. Sometimes the primary resource of a country may not be very high, so that country would not be able to make as much money as another country. Some companies found that the number of customers is decreasing. This leads to a less increasing economy that may even start to decrease. A solution is to steal another companys customers. LDCs provide resources for MDCs and forget about their own citizens. Some citizens do not have access to necessities, such as food and clothing.
