Malcolm is a character of a story in the book learning to read. Malcolm X describes the character bimbi in par 4. He does this to make some motivation for the speaker and the loud action. Preparing everything beforehand is important. Plus, gaining motivation is of utmost importance as well.

This is why you need to assess yourself, motivate yourself and prove yourself to others so that the positive feedback acts as more motivation. This will ensure that you have enough boost to propel through the hardships of your career much more easily than standard people. Malcolm is trying to create a similar character.
