Is blood the only body fluid that carry's pathogens?

No, it is not only blood that will have the ability to carry pathogens. Even the other bodily fluids will have the ability to have pathogens. For example, semen may contain pathogens. Even vaginal secretions will be able to contain pathogens.

Saliva will also have the ability to carry pathogens. If you are not sure what pathogens are, this can be a bacterium, a virus, a germ, or other microorganisms that will have the ability to give diseases to people and other living things that are exposed to it.

There are some diseases that can be passed on from one person to another because of bloodborne illnesses. This explains why there are sexually transmitted diseases and other diseases that are passed on because of body fluids.

No. All body fluids are considered hazardous in the laboratory.
