Which non-directive counseling the does client come to see that he has no need of rationalizations?

The non - directive approach to counseling is founding in Carl Rodgers and is based on the client making a process choice of how to deal with their issues and the counsellor is just the facilitator, this has positive and negative points to it. Non-rationalism conclusions to problems can be helpful when they are too complex and when not always a good methodology and can be counterproductive to the emotional wellbeing if we exclude all other factors other then a principle supreme authority of rationalisation to all problems over emotional wellbeing, and yet rationalism serves humans well to restrain from falling from grace or irrational behaviour and thinking. personally I think its highly contextual. not everything will be "rationale" to reach closure to a problem.
