When people think of foods to help them lose weight, fruits and vegetables are probably the first to come to mind, and for good reason. There are plenty of fruits and vegetables out there which have some fantastic ingredients and nutrients which can aid in weight loss. Fruits and vegetables includes; watermelons, raspberries, avocado, grapefruit, cabbage, spinach, pea etc. There are other food groups that will go a long way in weight loss of which include chillies and peppers, root crops like carrot, kidney beans etc. The most important thing in choosing any food groups that will help in weight loss, is to go for foods with low calories.
