All of the answers, A. Before performing an invasive procedure, B. Before contact with a patient, C. Aftercare involving body fluids, and D. After contact with a patient are correct. Despite how important it is for health care officials to wash their hands, many would-bes surprised to know that doctors only wash their hands 60% of the time.

The World Health Organization showed that nurses washed their hands more at 71%. This research was conducted in 2013, but still today in 2019, not many doctors wash their hands. Educational methods are put in place to remind doctors of the importance of washing their hands.
