The correct answer is that intelligence of children with cerebral palsy is always hard to determine due to difficulties in perception, movement, and/or response speed, or answer D. Cerebral palsy, for those who don’t know, is a disorder that is seen in children whose brains, for some reason, didn’t properly develop in the womb. There are other ways this can come around, but this is the most common reason for a child to be given a cerebral palsy diagnosis.

Due to it affecting the brain, symptoms often include poor motor skills, floppy or rigid limbs, and even involuntary movements. Due to these three symptoms - among others - children with cerebral palsy can’t be easily tested for intelligence the way we currently do so.
