In order to understand how you will answer, you first need to understand what ESD is. This stands for Electrostatic-Sensitive Device. This is known to be a component that that is so sensitive that it may immediately become damaged. The damages can be done by a person, or simply being exposed to something.

In order to handle these tools properly, D is the best answer. You can do either A or C so that you can handle ESD sensitive items properly. This will help get rid of static charges that may be causing problems or your grounded wrist strap may help a lot in handling ESD items.
