The correct answer is 13.3%.
First, let’s calculate the mass of water
Mass of water = 295ml * 0.997g/ml
= 294 g
To calculate % by mass of potassium nitrate in the solution
% by mass = (45* 100) / (45 + 294)
= 13.3%
