This is incorrect. The DERMIS is the layer that houses the hair folcile and glands etc. The epidermis is the outer layer of the skin which is basically just comprised of the stratum corneum and the pigment layer.

This is wrong the dermis is the right answer look it up

The dermis is the correct answer not epidermis. Epidermis has no blood vessels nor nerves
