The correct answer to this question is lower. Sound is what we hear every day. It can be anything from a dog barking to thunder. Frequency is related to sound, as it is the number of waves that pass through sound. Being that they are related when one is high, the other is high. When one is low, so will the other.

An example of something with low frequency and sound is a tuba, which is a musical instrument. It produces low pitched sounds, which in turn produces low frequency. Regardless of being high or low, frequency is measured in hertz.
